I am an IT professional who turned into a home maker out of boredom from the busy, routine work which seemed meaningless and trivial to me.Though I haven't yet figured out if am really going to build another career again, am simply enjoying the break for the time being.
I love reading books, in fact i love anything to do with books. I can completely get lost in a book store or library for hours together just browsing. I have nostalgic memories of visiting a local library, now and then, as a kid with my mother and browsing through the books though there were hardly any books for kids. Am not a fanatic reader who can read just about anything-anytime-anywhere. I mostly read Indian authors with the basic goal of completing the books I pick as a way to not let the reading habit die. Now that I have successfully got into the habit of regular reading, am trying to break out of my comfort reading zone. This blog and the reading challenges i take, is one step forward in that direction.
